Maria Rousse Hotel - Malia (Crete)

The warm welcome from George, Barbara, and Tony. The hotel features beautifully maintained gardens and two lovely pools that provided a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were attentive and kept the space immaculate. It was a short walk to the Malia Strip and available public transport. The room was well-equipped, with a mini kitchenette and a comfortable terrace overlooking the pool.

The charge for air conditioning was an unexpected additional cost.

Everything was simply great. The hotel was ideal and gorgeous, and the staff were incredibly nice, enjoyed the marvellous location near to a huge supermarket, sociable bars and civilised bars and the Maria Rousse. The room was immaculately clean, had essentials, like shower facilities, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. This bed was good and I could sleep like home.

I had a good stay where the warm staff made me feel right at home, and it was just a short walk to beautiful Paralia Mallion beach and fantastic local spots like Pepper's Burger & Pizza Bar, perfect for grabbing a bite after exploring the fine area.

Surprise fees for air conditioning are frustrating!!! Limited parking availability adds inconvenience!!! Noise from other guests can disrupt relaxation!!! There is a charge for extra towels that feels unnecessary!!!

Spent 5 nights in a Superior One-Bedroom Apartment. Loved the clean pools and chill vibe. Staff were super helpful. Only downside? The air conditioning fee seemed a bit much.
